- Coordinate with the Facilities team to ensure the minimum stock for all the needed office stationary including copier paper, letterheads, company envelopes… etc to ensure all tools are available on time.
- Develop and maintain a Filing system to be able to retrieve any corporate documents, records, and reports that may be needed on time.
- Interpret administrative and operating policies and procedures for employees to avail all information to them and reply on their requirements all escalate the request to the HR department.

2-Customer Operations Engineer (Juniors & Seniors):
Accountabilities:
- Independently repairs escalated tickets from junior customer operation engineers to ensure efficient ticket closing.
- Refers to superior all non-routine or complicated customer problems to ensure repair of problem on time and with standard quality.
- Contact the customers to follow up on the problem solving and ensure their full satisfaction.
- Follow up with the field operations (maintenance) our Sub contractors (EBE) and Customer Call Center (ECCO) to ensure prompt and efficient ticket closing.
- Prepare & Present a daily report for the Team Leader to indicate quantity and quality of tickets closed.
Skills, Knowledge, & Experience:
- University degree in engineering preferable major communication or equivalent.
- 2 - 3 years experience in telecommunication or data carrier.
- Good knowledge of FR, SDSL, ADSL technologies .

3- Customer Relations Manager:
Accountabilities:
- Work closely with all operations units and other departments to follow up on the closing of VIP customers' tickets efficiently and on standard time.
- Assist with the solving of obstacles that may delay the closing of a VIP customer ticket with different department and escalate any problem as per the operations department escalation matrix to ensure the full and efficient problem handling.
- Monitor daily the service status to company VIP customers to ensure prompt solving of any problems that may occur.
- Implements escalation procedures and follow up where necessary in all units to ensure the proper and prompt solving of customer complaints.
- Present a periodical report with the VIP customer service status to assist with the analysis of the recurring problems to reach creative solutions to prevent the repetitive of the problems and ensure the steadiness of the service.
- Collect and assist with data gathering for customer satisfaction surveys & or focus group surveys to assess standard of services provided and customer satisfaction to maintain company's customers and gain their loyalty.
- Validate and maintain Customer Service Level Agreement (SLA), developing an internal alarm system to be aware of the customer service status and be able to handle customer problems on the right time.
- Develop a periodical reporting system to be sent to VIP customer to avail all service information and status.
- Maintain a regular contact through different means such as phone calls and periodical meetings with VIP customer to ensure the service steadiness and their full satisfaction.
- Initiate the VIP customer contact to introduce the company, customer Technical support procedures, help desk right after service is provided to ensure the customer awareness of After Sales service offered.

- If needed accompany the technicians at the customer premise to supervise the procedure of repairing or changing the device to ensure the proper solving of customer problem.
- Supervise and follow up on the data entered on the data base to ensure the accuracy of tickets status and the availability of the updated information whenever needed.

Accountabilities:
- Develop the marketing strategies and plan that complies with operational strategy to ensure maximizing Company's short, medium and long-term profitability.
- Develop, set and get the approval for the annual marketing budget and forecasts to ensure achieving the yearly objectives for EgyNet.
- Work closely with all business units for launching and operating products developed and approved to ensure proper implementation of EgyNet's policies and market position.
- Paying particular attention to such issues as color schemes and appropriate and consistent brand imagery to ensure products and services are presented in the most attractive, arresting ad effective manner to customers.
- Confer with legal staff to resolve problems, such as copyright infringement and royalty sharing with outside producers and distributors.

- Screen all junior CV's and conduct the entry level interview to obtain work history, education, training, job skills, and salary requirements through the personal interview skills and some personality tests.

- Manage the availability of all S/W and H/W that may be required for solving any technical problem to ensure the fast and proper support granted to EgyNet employees.
